Thomas (Tom) Gordon Hardy

February 4, 1943 ~ August 11, 2021

Tom was born in Salt Lake City on February 4, 1943, son of the late Mob and Muriel Hardy. He worshipped his father and desired to be a banker just like his dad. The relatives moved to Ogden in 1948 and his father handed away a several years afterwards.

Tom graduated from Ogden Substantial Faculty and Weber Point out and followed in his father’s footsteps and grew to become a banker. He worked at Industrial Protection Bank which became Crucial Lender for 35 several years.

He married Lorna Miller in 1963 and was blessed with three little ones, Lisa, Tom and Nick. Tom and Lorna ended up later on divorced.

In December of 1971 he satisfied Lee McKee and they have been married July 28, 1972. Tom adopted Lee’s son

Kevin and they became an quick spouse and children of six. Tom and Lee celebrated their 49th anniversary this calendar year.

Tom was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Great Shepherd considering that 1948. He served as a Vestry Member, Senior Warden, Usher and Foundation Treasurer in all those several years.

His favourite things to do involved the outdoor. He cherished to fish and take a look at the family members cabin at Holiday break Park in the Uinta’s. In 1989 he acquired a whole lot in Timber Lakes, Utah and constructed a log cabin. He had the shell developed and along with Lee completed the electrical energy, plumbing and all the inside building. He dearly liked all his animals which integrated numerous canines and cats around time. Trapper was his favourite pet and Barney was his most loved cat. He beloved loved ones holidays and paying time with his 4 small children, their spouses and his 13 grandchildren and 7 fantastic-grandchildren.

Tom is survived by his spouse Lee, his young children Lisa (Brian) Flannigan, Kevin (Luci) Hardy, Tom (Abby) Hardy, Nick (Shirley) Hardy and his grandchildren and terrific grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother John Hardy and Sister Joanne Lazar.

He is preceded in loss of life by his parents Mob and Muriel, his sister Liz Hardy Kanemoto and his sister-in- legislation Sylvia Hardy.

Expert services will be held at The Episcopal Church of the Very good Shepherd, 2374 Grant Avenue, Ogden at 1:00 PM, Wednesday August 18, 2021. Masks are demanded in the church.
