A clever Border Collie dog walked into a police station after becoming separated from her owners on a walk. Rosie was being walked by owners Steve and Julie Harper in Southfields Park, Loughborough, on 3 November, when she was startled by a firework and ran off. However, the resourceful pet then calmly took a seat in the local police station.

The moment that Rosie, a 10-year-old rescue dog, walked into Loughborough Police station was captured by CCTV footage, the BBC reports. Fortunately, the Harpers are responsible dog owners, and Rosie was wearing a collar with an ID tag which enabled police to track down her owners with no trouble.
