Suspect Arrested After Use of Power Incident at Bishop Chevron

July 24 soon right after 2:00am Inyo County Sheriff’s Workplace gained a report of a domestic violence restraining purchase violation at 969 Tu Su Lane.  On arrival of the deputies, neither the reporting celebration nor the suspect could be located.  Even though wanting in the region, the deputies noticed a male matter across the road at the Chevron station, which was closed the topic was agitated and yelling.

When the 1st deputy contacted the topic (32 12 months old Bishop gentleman, George Barlow III) Barlow questioned, “Can I destroy you as well?”  Barlow then billed the deputy with his pit bull closely driving him.  The deputy continually ordered Barlow to quit charging.  When Barlow arrived in 10 feet, the deputy deployed his Taser.  Thanks
