Animal House of Jacksonville staff arrested for felony animal cruelty
Emilee and Kevin Hanks 7-year-old Border Collie mix named Curry, died on Friday while in the care of Animal House, a grooming business in Jacksonville.

A Jacksonville family members is distraught about an incident on Friday that took the daily life of their 7-calendar year-aged Border Collie combine. 

Emilee and Kevin Hanks’ puppy Curry died although in the treatment of the grooming and boarding enterprise Animal Home, situated at 665 Bell Fork Highway in Jacksonville 

Facts of how Curry died are getting withheld while Onslow County Animal Services go on their investigation. But the division verified an arrest has been manufactured in the situation. 

Cherry Derr, 36, of Jacksonville, was arrested the exact same working day and billed with felony cruelty to animals. Derr, an worker of Animal Household, will be viewed in Onslow County District Courtroom on Sept. 7.

Animal rescue proprietor arrested once more, this time adhering to sale, demise of underage kitten | Connecticut News

SOUTHINGTON, CT (WFSB) – The death of a not long ago-adopted kitten led to yet another arrest for an animal rescue proprietor.

Abigale Jones, 31, of Bristol, was charged with sale of an underage kitten and 2nd-degree violation of ailments of release.

Police in Southington claimed they released an investigation on Aug. 2.

A complaint noted that the kitten was adopted in July from the Tenderheart Rescue in Bristol. It was fostered in a property in Southington.

The girl who filed the grievance accused Jones, the owner of Tenderheart Rescue, of not becoming truthful about the kitten’s overall health or age ahead of the adoption.

She said Jones had the kitten’s age as currently being 8 weeks old and “prepared to go.”

July 24 soon right after 2:00am Inyo County Sheriff’s Workplace gained a report of a domestic violence restraining purchase violation at 969 Tu Su Lane.  On arrival of the deputies, neither the reporting celebration nor the suspect could be located.  Even though wanting in the region, the deputies noticed a male matter across the road at the Chevron station, which was closed the topic was agitated and yelling.

Lee County animal rescue raided, two arrested for inhumane cure of animals

LEE COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina Division of Natural Means has arrested two women in link with the inhumane therapy of animals.

Laura Ross and Nicole Lafaivre are experiencing several costs together with illegal possession of white-tailed deer, inhumane treatment of animals, and illegal importation/possession of non-native wildlife species.

On June 29, conservation officers executed a research warrant on a residence in Lee County.

On arrival, officers identified various deer, more than 200 squirrels, and other animals staying retained in crowded situations inside a double-broad cell residence on the home. Armadillos and nutria, an invasive species native to South The united states, were also uncovered on the house.

Officials say some of the small mammals ended up staying stored in cages stacked in the dwelling room of the mobile house though other individuals had been roaming freely.
