Over the years I’ve learned that giving a gift that reflects the person’s passions is a hit every time. It shows that you know them and what they like. Fortunately for me, all the women in my life love to travel!

After living full-time in an RV for twelve years, I have some experience with products make traveling more comfortable and convenient. If you’re looking for gift ideas for the traveling women in your life, I hope you’ll find something here that shows her how much she means to you.

A few years ago, I decided to send my favorite ladies some of my favorite things for Christmas. Looking around the RV, I figured they’d appreciate some things I wouldn’t want to live without.

As you might imagine, living in a small space and traveling full time put a certain spin on the products I chose. But even in the more stationary life I live now, I spend a lot of time on the go and opt for products that hold up well.

Admittedly, my gifts are not glamorous. But they are things that make me happy and make everyday life more enjoyable.

While these gift ideas are meant for women who travel, they’d be good for any busy woman on your list. And don’t forget … you deserve a little something, too!

Orthofeet SlippersCheck Price on Amazon

Every morning when I step out of bed I slide into my cozy slippers. And let’s be honest, working from home means I sometimes spend all day in these babies!

These are my go-to “inside shoes” when the weather is cool, and the arch support, washable footbed liners, and durable, lightweight soles tick all my boxes.

They come in regular, wide, and extra-wide in sizes from 5 to 12. So you can give a pair that warms the heart as well as the feet.

Kinto Stainless Unitea TeapotCheck Price on Amazon

For me, the day doesn’t start until I have a nice, hot cup of tea. And this teapot allows me to brew both loose-leaf and bagged tea. Compared to much more expensive teapots, this little baby makes delicious tea for around $30. And, with the stainless-steel strainer integrated into the lid, cleanup is easy!

Ebanel Brightening PeelCheck Price on Amazon

No matter what the day holds, we ladies all like to look our best. But who has the time to schedule regular facials?! Fortunately, feeling pampered doesn’t always require a trip to the spa.

Used once a week, this brightening peel from Ebanel provides all the exfoliation I need to stay looking fresh – for about $15 a bottle. And the whole Ebanel line is cruelty-free!

Alba Botanicals Lotion with SPFCheck Price on Amazon

You don’t want to throw shade on your friends. And spending time outside is one of the benefits of traveling, but it can be hard on your skin! Combine this cruelty-free Alba Botanicals moisturizer with SPF 15 with the Ebanel brightening peel and send self care to a new level.

Providing light protection from the sun, it’s great for everyday use. Use it on the backs of your hands, tops of your feet, and any other exposed spots when you’ll be in and out of the sun.

Sunglasses With Polarized LensesCheck Price on Amazon

Who doesn’t want a cute new pair of shades for their next trip to the beach or road trip vacation? If you’ve never splurged on a good pair of polarized sunglasses you don’t know what you’re missing.

Not only do polarized lenses protect your eyes from the sun, they also relieve sun glare and reduce squinting. And for those lucky enough to have uncorrected vision, the options are almost endless!

People who do require prescription glasses can often have regular sunglass lenses replaced with polarized prescription lenses by their optometrist. Not all sunglass lenses can be replaced, but I have kid-sized Ray Bans (which fit me better than the adult sizes) and was able to have the lenses swapped out.

Fleece HoodieCheck Price on Amazon

Experienced traveling women always carry an extra layer. You never know when the wind will pick up, the airplane will be freezing, or the temperature will nosedive as the sun goes down.

This fleece-lined hoodie has a stylish fit and looks great. Plus it’s stain-repellant and waterproof. Even if you get caught in a rain shower – you’re covered!

Whether over a sweater to take off the chill, or under a coat on a frigid day, a quilted vest is an essential component of a traveling woman’s wardrobe.

Adding just the right amount of warmth without being bulky, this one has a diagonal quilting pattern that’s quite flattering.

OluKai SandalsCheck Price on Amazon

If, at some point during the day, I manage to get out of my slippers, chances are it’s to put on my OluKai flip-flops!

Made in Hawaii, OluKai sandals are a comfortable as they are pretty. With built-in arch support and a unique footbed that cushions and forms to your foot, they’re supportive enough to take a walking tour or stroll the Strip in Vegas.

OluKais come in a rainbow of colors and new designs are being released all the time. Rod and I have been wearing these sandals for years – we’ve even hiked in them!

ENO HammockCheck Price on Amazon

If the woman on your list loves the outdoors, she’ll enjoy stretching out in a new hammock. ENO hammocks can be hung in less than five minutes, so they’re perfect for camping, picnicking, or taking to the park. And they come in a wide variety of gorgeous colors to reflect her personality.

The adjustable suspension straps (sold separately) allow for quick connections between two trees or posts, without shortening ropes or tying knots.

Photo Safari – Prices Vary

To this day, one of the best gifts Rod’s given me was a photo safari on Washington’s Whidbey Island. Since then, I’ve noticed photographers all over the country offering this service.

If you’d rather gift an experience than a thing, I highly recommend looking for a photo safari in your area. Or, arrange one for an upcoming trip!

Spending time with a professional photographer is a great way for anyone who enjoys taking photos to get some tips and instantly see the results. Whether it’s a group or one-on-one session, and lasts a few hours or a whole day, this is a memorable gift that lasts a lifetime.
